    Shipping & Returns

    Thanks for shopping with TJ's Packaging. Below is how we ship your order, what to do when it arrives, and how returns work. Questions? Call us at 763-241-2022 or email orders@tjpackaging.com.

    Shipping

    • Orders ship from our warehouse in Big Lake, Minnesota.
    • Most orders ship by UPS. You'll see standard UPS rates at checkout, based on your items' weight and size and your delivery address.
    • Orders that need UPS Next Day Air must be placed by 12:00 pm Central Time so we can ship them the same day.
    • Aftermarket replacement parts for Dekka equipment ship for a flat $25 UPS Ground per order.
    • Orders below our minimum order value may include a handling charge.
    • Need it faster or have special shipping instructions? Call our customer service team at 763-241-2022 before you order.

    Freight & Machinery Deliveries

    • Pallet-sized items, such as stretch film, ship by freight.
    • TJ-2118L Automatic L-Bar Sealer and TJ-4022B Automatic Bundler / TJ-6040BT Bundling Tunnel line: Free shipping in the continental US applies to the TJ-2118L automatic L-bar sealer and the TJ-4022B automatic bundler / TJ-6040BT bundling tunnel line (dock-high door and forklift required). All other products do not ship free.
    • Unless we've agreed otherwise in writing, shipments are made F.O.B. our dock or the manufacturer's facility.

    Inspecting Your Delivery

    • Please inspect every shipment when it arrives, before you sign for it if you can.
    • If anything is missing or damaged, note it on the delivery receipt and keep all packaging.
    • Claims for shortages or damage must be filed directly with the carrier (UPS or the freight company). We're happy to help. Call us at 763-241-2022 and we'll walk you through it.

    Returns

    • Get approval first. All returns need our written authorization before you send anything back. Contact us with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
    • 60-day window. Standard products in new, resalable condition, in their original packaging, may be returned within 60 days of the invoice date.
    • Refunds and credits. We issue a credit or refund after we receive and inspect the item and accept the return. Store credits expire one year from the date issued.
    • Special-order items may be subject to a restocking charge.
    • Custom products made to your specifications can't be returned unless they have a defect in material or workmanship.
    • Cancellations: You may cancel an order only if we can cancel it with our supplier.

    Warranty

    Machine warranty terms are listed on each machine's product page. For example, the TJ-2118L includes a 2-year parts warranty (labor not covered).
